Covid 19 pandemic across the world has created an extraordinary situation for all of us. It is the need of the hour to maintain social distancing as per directives of the Govt. to contain the spread of the virus. The lockdown may result in a feeling of confusion, stress, depression, helplessness, anxiety, fear and isolation.
During the current situation the faculty at Kamala Nehru College has been engaged in online teaching through e-mails, whatsapp, video conferencing, Google class, Zoom and other such methods. However, some of the students may have some psychological, social and emotional issues related to social isolation and also academics related anxiety.
Kamala Nehru College reaches out to those students. Please remember you are not alone in this situation, we are there for you. A Counselling Centre has been set up with the trained members of Psychology dept, KNC who have come forward to help and support the students during lockdown through distance counselling by phone call/whatsapp. We assure confidentiality of callers will be maintained professionally.
