Kamala Nehru College provides holistic education aimed at creating responsible and empowered young women. As a liberal arts college, KNC offers a wide range of courses in Social Sciences, Humanities, Commerce, and Mathematics. At the undergraduate level, the college offers Bachelors of Arts (Honours) in 13 disciplines, Bachelors of Commerce (Honours), and Bachelors of Sciences in Mathematics (Honours). In addition, Bachelors of Arts Programme and Bachelor of Commerce Programme offer plethora of subject combinations for students to select from. The “Learning Outcome-based Curriculum Framework (LOCF)”, implemented by University of Delhi in July 2019, is effective from the Academic Session 2019-20. Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) implemented by the University of Delhi in 2015, is effective for the third year only (complete list of DU Courses/Syllabi -http://du.ac.in/du/index.php?page=syllabi) The curriculum offers a set of core papers as well as optional papers across disciplines, thereby providing scope for students to choose areas of specialization. At the post-graduate level, students have the choice to be enrolled in one of the 6 disciplines. The college also offers an Add-on course in French language at the Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma levels.
